Amy Sande-Friedman, Anna Hoffman Steinhardt and Drew Paluba founded the Sprout emerging artist competition to help artists gain exposure and a commercial audience for their work.

Amy is an Art and Design Historian with a Ph.D. dissertation in progress on the sculptor Kenneth Snelson. She works in art advisory for Cromwell Art.

Anna recently completed her Master's in Art and Design History at the Bard Graduate Center. A private collector, she also teaches Design History at Parsons School of Design.

Drew is co-owner and designer of Rebecca & Drew Manufacturing, a luxury women's shirt manufacturer and retailer.
